RagMat Museum Duplex Mounting Board
Crescent RagMat is made with 100% cotton fibers that are acid-free and lignin-free. Cotton is naturally free of chemicals and pollutants that can degrade or harm artwork. Special surface sizing for French matting and art media.
When mounting and matting valuable artwork, it is important to complete the conservation package by protecting the artwork on both sides. Two-sided 100% cotton mounting board with different colors on each side.  Thickness = 0.045
NOTE: RagMat Cotton Mounting Boards Are For Mounting Only! The mounting boards are constructed of a porous material designed to be receptive to mounting adhesives.  As a result, the mounting boards do not accept mat opening cuts (straight or beveled) as cleanly as the RagMat matboards
