Customer Qualifications

• Credit card purchases do not qualify for 2% discount.
• There will be a $7.50 processing fee for any declined credit card transaction.
• Accounts will be charged an interest rate of 1.75% per month on past due amounts or a minimum of $1.50, whichever is greater.
• All returned checks will incur a $35.00 non-refundable processing fee. Any discounts taken, will be charged back to the purchaser's account. Two (2) non-sufficient (NSF) checks will require the account to be placed on a certified check or credit card only terms.
• Accounts which are 60 days past due will be placed on C.O.D. Plus basis. Any past due amounts will be added the subsequent C.O.D. receipt unless previous arrangements are made with the credit department.
• Credit card payments will not be accepted on 90-day past due accounts. If no other payment arrangement is available, a 3% processing fee will be added to the transaction total.
• Accounts 120 days past due will be turned over to collections unless prior arrangements have been made with the credit department.

• Orders may be placed via phone, fax, or our website. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm. We will be closed in observance of major holidays. Orders received by 1:00pm are generally shipped the same day via UPS ground.
• Montana Moulding and Sign Supply Delivery Truck orders must be received by 1:00pm on load day to be processed for delivery. Please place your order as soon as possible to guarantee processing/delivery. Please contact us with any questions. We will do our best to accommodate our customers.

• When ordering length moulding, please indicate minimum acceptable footage and we will ship the closest available footage. We will not pull moulding orders short without authorization.
• Please indicate moulding cutting instructions with all UPS shipments. Maximum UPS length is 8ft. Any shipment over 60" is subject to additional shipping/handling fees.

Length Moulding Discounts

• 300ft mixed moulding = 5% discount
• 500ft mixed moulding or 100ft per item = 10% discount
• 1000ft mixed moulding or 200ft per item = 15% discount
• Length discounts do not apply to box quantity moulding

• Thumb-Nailing is available on most wood chops and is priced according to moulding size.

• All chops have a 1/8" standard allowance unless otherwise indicated at time of order.
• Minimum chop size for wood moulding is 5" per side; Minimum length charge is based on 3 feet.

• Custom packaging is required for chop/joined shipments. Additional shipping/handling fees will be applied to order
• If the account is C.O.D., a $13.00 shipping fee will be added to order.

Corner Sample Information

• Most moulding manufacturers are now charging for product samples. Montana Moulding and Sign Supply offers complimentary wood corner samples. We reserve the right to determine the quantity of samples ordered.
• Metal corner samples are not available through Montana Moulding and Sign Supply. Please contact the manufacturer directly.
• Samples will remain the property of Montana Moulding and Sign Supply. Please notify us if samples are no longer in use and arrangements will be made to return them in original condition.
• The customer is responsible for all freight charges on corner sample orders.

• Backorders will be filled as soon as possible. Customers will be contacted to confirm processing/delivery. Freight is not prepaid.

• All shipping/freight charges, including insurance and C.O.D. fees, are paid by the customer. Please inspect all orders upon arrival. Damaged goods must be noted at the time of delivery. Motor freight claims are the responsibility of the customer. A minimum $3.50 packaging fee will be added to every UPS shipment. UPS claims are the responsibility of Montana Moulding and Sign Supply. All claims must be submitted within 10 days of invoice date.

• Please inspect all orders immediately upon arrival! Any order discrepancies must be presented within 10 days of invoice date to receive credit. All Montana Moulding and Sign Supply errors will be corrected at no cost to the customer.
• Special orders and discounted items are not eligible for return. All sales are final.
• All moulding must be inspected prior to cutting/assembly. Altered moulding is not eligible for return or credit.
• A 15% restocking fee will be charged to all inventory returned for any reason other than Montana Moulding and Sign Supply error.
• There is no charge for cancellation of chop orders prior to cutting. Once the order has been cut, it will be processed for full payment.

• Cutting fees for all sign substrate (including polycarbonate rips) are $60.00 per hour, with a minimum fee of $15.00.

• Crescent and Bainbridge matboard may be combined with Encore foamboard for quantity discounts.
• Encore foamboard must be ordered by the case (25 sheets) to qualify for quantity discounts.
• TruVue glass and mirrors may be combined for quantity discounts.
